program manager

Nexeo is currently looking for an Program manager for one of the leading financial institutions in Belgium.

As an Initiative Owner – Robotics & Automation, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Lead and structure a strategic RPA transformation initiative, involving the migration of 80+ automation bots to a new platform
• Ensure end-to-end ownership of the initiative (scope, budget, timeline, quality) until go-live
• Define, prioritize and monitor delivery increments (Opus) in line with business value
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Cluster Product Owner, IT teams and business stakeholders
• Manage stakeholders and communication, including reporting to senior management and C-level
• Coordinate with external partners and ensure alignment across multiple teams and entities
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and escalations in a complex environment
• Drive Agile governance, facilitate key ceremonies and ensure smooth delivery execution
• Promote continuous improvement and change management within the organization

Profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in program/project management
• Proven experience in complex transformation environments (banking/financial sector is a strong asset)
• Good understanding of automation/RPA solutions (e.g. BluePrism)
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and Agile environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with C-level stakeholders
• Analytical mindset, results-oriented and strong ownership
• Excellent level of English + French or Dutch
