Technical Administrative Officer

Setup: Freelance (Daily rate / Limited Company / Umbrella / Sole Trader)
Location: Brussels (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
We are looking for a Technical Administrative Officer to support a highly technical integration team within large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and coordinate bi-annual technical communication sessions (agendas, presentations, invites, rooms, Teams environments, newsletters).
- Support multilingual technical and REX (lessons learned) sessions with stakeholders across engineering and project teams.
- Act as Business Owner at team level for document management tools, translating business needs into structured digital processes.
- Manage document archiving and publication using SharePoint and Confluence.
- Coordinate technical certification processes, including planning, testing logistics, and certification follow-up.
- Support experts via Jira ticketing, including ticket creation, tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate written communications such as Quality Alerts, ensuring consistency, structure, and translations.
- Maintain and publish team dashboards using inputs from multiple data sources.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience in administrative or coordination roles within technical or engineering environments.
- Fluency in Dutch and French with working knowledge of English.
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
- Excellent organisational, planning, and stakeholder communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Affinity with digital transformation or AI tools such as Copilot.
- Background in energy, utilities, or large infrastructure projects.
