Marketing Manager
Your Mission
Define and execute strategic marketing plans for the entire organization to attract new customers, generate interest among existing ones, and position the company and its products as key players in the “administrative communication flows worlds”.
Follow up product development initiatives and ensure their translation into clear, actionable documentation to support product adoption and market success.
Define and drive the company-wide internal communication strategy to ensure alignment, clarity, and engagement across teams and departments.
Lead the Marketing team to achieve strategic and operational goals by fostering collaboration, performance, and individual growth, and by contributing directly to the organization’s success.
Your Responsibilities
As Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities include:
Strategic planning and execution
Brand Management :
Strengthen and oversee the company’s brand identity across all marketing and communication channels to ensure consistency, increase brand awareness in the digital space, drive website traffic, and support lead acquisition.
Content, campaign & events Management
Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of multi-channel marketing content and campaigns, including digital media, events, and PR to generate leads, engage target audiences, and strengthen the company’s brand visibility and impact.
Market Research and Analystics :
Lead marketing analysis and customer insights by conducting market research, evaluating campaign performance, and assessing the end-to-end customer experience across all channels, to identify trends, optimize strategies, and support data-driven decision making.
Internal communication:
Define and drive the company-wide internal communication strategy in collaboration with People & Organization to ensure alignment, clarity, and engagement across teams and departments.
Team Leadership:
Lead, support, and develop the marketing team by providing strategic direction, fostering motivation, and conducting regular performance and career development reviews to achieve individual and team objectives
