Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities

You prepare the Program Increment (PI) planning and set up the agile release train (ART), linked to the business domain assigned to you, based on this. Based on a prioritized backlog, you ensure, together with the business (owners) and IT stakeholders, through self-organizing product teams, to optimally achieve the predetermined business objectives.

Within the Customer, Channel and Affluent IT Delivery directorate, you report to the Digital Delivery Manager involved.

Your role in the team:

• You will manage the delivery of the ART and connect the product teams involved, strive for efficiency and the shortest possible time-to-market. You participate in ceremonies, supervise the prioritization process, follow up on dependencies between ARTs and undertake timely escalations where necessary.
• You support the delivery manager and product owner in a strong coaching and motivating role with the aim of helping to ensure an efficient, effective, professional and motivating working climate.
• You proactively detect the pain points or obstacles to the functioning of the teams and look for solutions.
• You will report insightfully and substantiated on various relevant data and information regarding the progress of the ART.
• You do not necessarily act according to the prescribed Safe Agile methodology, but you do ensure the most optimal approach according to the process set up at Client.
