Job Description:

Technical Skills (Must-have)

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on model-driven apps

In-depth experience with Dataverse:

• data models and relationships
• business rules
• security roles and privileges

Experience with Power Automate:

• cloud flows
• business process flows
• error handling and optimization

Development and configuration of:

• forms
• views
• dashboards
• Experience with JavaScript for client-side extensions (form scripting)

Knowledge of Power Platform ALM:

• solutions
• environments
• deployment and version control

Experience with integrations:

• standard and custom connectors
• REST / Web API
• links to external systems and/or Azure components

Development and Analysis Skills (Must-have)

• Technical translation of functional analyses and user stories into concrete solutions
• Active use of Copilot in:
• generating and improving formulas, flows, and scripts
• accelerating development work
• technical documentation and code explanations
• Ability to analyze, optimize, and extend existing solutions
• Testing, debugging, and supporting acceptance and integration testing

Nice-to-have

• Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications
• Experience with Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management)
• Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD within Power Platform context
• Experience in complex organizations or government context
• Understanding of governance, security, and compliance within M365 / Power Platform
