Trainings manager

For a client in the Kortrijk region, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager . In this role, you are responsible for the full organization and supervision of both preventive and corrective maintenance of the buildings as well as a highly automated and high-tech machinery park. In addition, you play a key role in optimizing maintenance processes and driving continuous improvement. Do you enjoy working in a results-driven environment, taking ownership, and leading a technical team? Responsible for the planning and organization of preventive and corrective maintenance Manage the maintenance budget and formulate investment proposals Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians (internal and external) Monitor team competencies and ensure optimal efficiency within the department Ensure that the machinery meets all quality and safety standards Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferably industrial engineering or electromechanics) or equivalent through experience Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience within maintenance and engineering, including team leadership Experienced people manager who can motivate, coach, and develop a team Fluent in Dutch, French, and English Flexible working hours with the possibility to work from home Extensive training and career development opportunities
