Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in a professional and customer-oriented manner
- Manage reception activities and guide clients to their appointments
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the branch/team
- Handle phone contact with clients and respond to inquiries efficiently
- Support clients with banking-related questions and digital tools where needed
- Ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience at all times
- Work accurately and proactively in a fast-paced environment
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Fluent-level Dutch with good knowledge of French (English is a plus)
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with different IT tools
- Interest in finance and banking products/services
- Experience with BNP Paribas Fortis Easy Banking Web/App is a plus
- Customer-oriented, diplomatic, and solution-driven mindset
- Able to work independently and handle stressful situations professionally
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and service quality
- Comfortable working fully onsite in Knokke
