Scrum Master - French Speaking

Nexeo is currently looking for a Cluster Scrum Master for one of the leading financial institutions in Belgium. Nexeo is a consultancy company that supports its clients in the banking, finance and insurance sectors in all phases of their transformation projects: from business consulting to the implementation of IT solutions. International environment (Offices in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland & Canada) ~+As a Cluster Scrum Master, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Act as the owner of end-to-end delivery for a cluster of Agile squads within a digital banking tribe Ensure cross-squad coordination and proactively manage dependencies, risks, and impediments Monitor delivery performance (KPIs, burn-up/down, risks) and report to senior stakeholders / Tribe Management Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and Agile teams to improve maturity and delivery efficiency Drive data-driven decision making using Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, flow efficiency) Support teams in backlog refinement and prioritization Stakeholder & Transformation Management Collaborate with Product Owners, Tribe Leads, and senior stakeholders Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years of experience , including strong experience in Agile delivery / project management Proven experience in complex digital/IT environments , ideally within banking or regulated industries Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills , including interaction with senior leadership Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage risks, dependencies, and priorities Knowledge of banking processes (payments, lending, digital channels) is a strong plus Excellent level of English + French or Dutch Bank @Banking @Agile @ScrumMaster @SAFe @DigitalTransformation @Delivery @IT @Belgium
