Software Engineer*

We're working with a large, well-established communications company based in Leuven, who are looking to welcome a Software Engineer to its growing team. It’s the kind of environment where reliability, performance, and thoughtful engineering really matter. To support that, they’re looking for someone who enjoys solving meaningful technical challenges and takes pride in writing maintainable code. Build robust backend services using .NET, C#, and .NET Core Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape scalable, future-proof solutions Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and overall engineering practices NET, C#, and .NET Core in a professional environment A solid understanding of software engineering principles, including scalability and clean architecture A proactive mindset - someone who doesn’t just build what’s asked, but thinks about how it can be better Experience with front-end technologies such as TypeScript, React, or Angular would be a strong plus A genuine interest in learning and staying up to date with modern technologies and best practices A supportive engineering culture where ideas are valued and knowledge is shared Real ownership and autonomy, engineers are trusted to make decisions and drive their work forward Flexible working environment that allows options for remote and hybrid work
