About the Role

As Stock Manager & Maintenance Support within the Maintenance Support group, you take the necessary actions to enable the execution of both corrective and preventive maintenance.

You are responsible for entering purchase requests, following up on contracts, and managing invoicing for all external partners within Maintenance.

You are responsible for the supply of spare parts and for managing the stock in the spare parts warehouse.

Key Result Areas and Responsibilities

Follow‑up and Management of Purchase Requests

• You request quotations for spare parts needed for corrective repairs or preventive maintenance actions.
• You manage service contracts within Maintenance (review or renewal).
• You act as the internal and external point of contact for suppliers.
• You are the SAP expert for Maintenance regarding purchase requests and invoicing.

Spare Parts Management

• You are responsible for managing Maintenance stock and organizing the annual inventory.
• Following the MRP, you create purchase requests in SAP and record the receipt of parts.
• You participate in the creation of new items in SAP.

Preventive Maintenance Management & Support for Annual Shutdown Preparation

• You actively contribute to the development of the Maintenance Shutdown planning (Summer Shutdown) in a supporting role to the Shutdown Coordinator.
• You prepare the weekly checklists.
• You prepare the preventive work orders that need to be scheduled.
• You are responsible for the physical archiving of Maintenance documentation.

Profile

• You hold a bachelor’s degree (preferably: Planning Coordinator, Maintenance Manager, Technical Commerce, Logistics Management, Industrial Management…) or equivalent through experience.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar support function within a Maintenance department.
• You are familiar with technical aspects in a GMP environment within the pharmaceutical sector.
• You are comfortable with MS Office and have in‑depth knowledge of SAP.
• You speak Dutch and French fluently and have a good command of English (spoken and written).
• You are accurate, highly organized, and able to set priorities independently.
• You are flexible and proactive.
• You are assertive, customer‑oriented, convincing, communicative, and a strong team player.
