AYES , international company specialized in engineering and innovation technology, is looking for an ambitious HR & Recruiter - Dutch and/or French Speaker to join us on this incredible journey in our Brussels offices.
The successful candidate will receive a dedicated training and will participate in recruiting activities, selection of qualified personnel (engineering profiles), CV screening, contract management, administration, and reporting to upper management.
Our goal is to offer personalized and quality services to our customers and propose to our employees concrete growth opportunities in line with their career development wishes. Degree in Modern Languages / International Relations / Economics / Communications / Human Resources Management / other Humanities subjects;
Mandatory knowledge of Dutch and/or French;
Good level of English;
Knowledge of other languages will be a plus.
