A Team Lead Full Stack Developer with a passion for AI innovation . The Bridge: You can translate complex AI concepts into creative digital solutions for our clients. The Lead: You enjoy managing a small, agile team of 2 developers, providing code reviews and technical mentorship. The Veteran: You have 7+ years of experience in development, with a significant focus on modern architecture. You understand typography, spacing, and motion, and you refuse to ship anything that doesn't look stunning. The Polyglot: Fluent in Dutch OR French , and professionally comfortable in English. js) and Back-End (frameworks such as Node.js, Laravel (PHP), Python, MySQL. You have a solid comprehension of web technologies (PWA, WS, ...) and API development (JSON, OAuth, REST-full/ GraphQL, …) AI & Machine Learning: Hands-on experience in Model Building and fine-tuning (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn). You understand common software engineering practices (git, continuous integration, dependency management, monitoring, version management, ...) An instinct for software architecture and micro-services. nowledge of testing frameworks and tools App Development: Experience with Mobile App development (React Native, Flutter, or Native) is a major plus!
