What are we looking for?

A Team Lead Full Stack Developer with a passion for AI innovation . You will be the technical heartbeat of a dedicated squad (2 developers), acting as their mentor, architect, and primary problem-solver.

Beyond standard full-stack duties, you will be our go-to expert for AI implementation and model building. You’ll be responsible for identifying how AI can elevate our client projects—from automating workflows to building custom LLM-powered features and predictive models.

Who are you?

• The Bridge: You can translate complex AI concepts into creative digital solutions for our clients.
• The Lead: You enjoy managing a small, agile team of 2 developers, providing code reviews and technical mentorship.
• The Veteran: You have 7+ years of experience in development, with a significant focus on modern architecture.
• The Innovator: You don't just use AI tools; you understand how to build, fine-tune, and deploy them.
• The Aesthetic Architect: You have a "design-first" mindset. You understand typography, spacing, and motion, and you refuse to ship anything that doesn't look stunning.
• The Polyglot: Fluent in Dutch OR French , and professionally comfortable in English.

And for the obligated technical jargon:

• You have great Experience in both Front-End (ES6, modern front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Next.js) and Back-End (frameworks such as Node.js, Laravel (PHP), Python, MySQL.
• You have a solid comprehension of web technologies (PWA, WS, ...) and API development (JSON, OAuth, REST-full/ GraphQL, …)

AI & Machine Learning:

• Experience with AI implementation (OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar frameworks).
• Hands-on experience in Model Building and fine-tuning (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
• Understanding of Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• You love to experiment and explore new technologies/frameworks
• You understand common software engineering practices (git, continuous integration, dependency management, monitoring, version management, ...)
• An instinct for software architecture and micro-services. Knowledge of Docker is a plus
• nowledge of testing frameworks and tools
• App Development: Experience with Mobile App development (React Native, Flutter, or Native) is a major plus!
