HR Administration Officer

Join our HR team and play a key role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly.

We are looking for an HR Administration Officer who enjoys hands-on administrative work and daily operational follow‑up. This role is ideal for someone who likes bringing structure, accuracy, and reliability to HR processes and who feels comfortable handling a high volume of HR-related administration and communication.

Your Role

As HR Administration Officer, you will be a central point of support within the HR team, ensuring that core HR processes are executed accurately and on time. This role is strongly administrative and operational in nature, with a strong focus on follow-up, accuracy, and communication.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Handling daily HR administration:
  • Managing the HR mailbox and responding to employee queries
  • Following up on employee contracts, onboarding documents, and HR files
  • Supporting HR processes end-to-end:
  • Creating purchase orders and following up on approvals
  • Preparing and checking payroll-related files for Finance
  • Ensuring correct and timely administrative follow-up
  • Maintaining HR data:
  • Accurate data input and updates in the HR system
  • Basic reporting and follow-up (no advanced analytics)
  • Supporting the wider HR team:
  • Preparing documents and presentations, including for the Works Council
  • Providing administrative support to ongoing HR projects

What We Are Looking For

  • You genuinely enjoy HR administration and operational follow-up
  • You are accurate, well-organised, and reliable
  • You are comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks and high volumes of emails
  • Fluency in English
  • Native French or Dutch with active working knowledge of the other local language
  • Solid Excel skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job
  • Comfortable working in an international and structured environment
