Manager Produkcji - Production Manager

As Production Manager, you strengthen and professionalise the daily operations of our weaving plant. You act as a performance catalyst on the shopfloor: coaching teams, improving structure and ensuring that operational targets are translated into consistent execution. You work closely with the Plant Manager and play a key role in developing a high-performing production organisation. Improve OEE & output through structured analysis of downtime and recurring stops Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE regulations Strengthen performance follow-up via KPIs and visual management Team coaching & leadership Direct leadership of the day shift (10 FTE’s) , including maintenance, cleaning and warehouse functions Support operator development and training Improve production planning flow in collaboration with supply chain team Strengthen coordination between production, maintenance and quality Turn operational data into structured improvement actions Work closely with Quality on root cause analysis Contribute to improving inbound/outbound production processes You hold a master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Sciences or an equivalent field. You bring 5 to 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with textile experience as an added advantage. You have proven experience in leading teams within a production setting. You communicate fluently in French, have a strong professional command of English, and knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
