Channel Growth Manager – Energetic Renovations Help 1,000 Belgian families make their home fossil-fuel low by 2030. Location : Belgium (office-based) Contract : Permanent · Full-time Languages : Dutch & French (strong — no compromise) Start : Q2 2026 (urgent) Jaimy is Belgium's home services platform, backed by Belfius Insurance. We connect homeowners with trusted professionals across different business lines: repair & assistance, energetic renovation and on-demand services. We want to make home maintenance and improvements effortless — from a leaking pipe at 11pm to a full heat pump installation. By 2030, Jaimy wants to have helped more than 1,000 Belgian families improve the EPC score of their home: warmer, more efficient, and less dependent on fossil fuels. You will build the contractor network, own the commercial pipeline, and ensure every customer gets the experience we promised — from first contact to completed installation. We have an operations team for that. Your job is to make sure the system works: the right contractors, the right SLAs, the right volume. Contractor Network — Build the 'Champions League' – Recruit, onboard, and manage a national network of renovation professionals (heat pumps, insulation, solar, windows & doors). – Monitor contractor performance; enforce quality standards without exception. Work with the operations team to resolve escalations, remove blockers, and continuously improve the process. – Report weekly KPIs, monthly P&L, and pipeline forecast to the CRO and extended management team. – We are looking for a profile with enough seniority to negotiate at a senior level and lead a business unit, but still energized by daily execution and building something from scratch. Experience managing external partners or subcontractors in a quality-critical environment. – Data literacy: you are comfortable with P&L, KPIs, and pipeline metrics without needing a finance team to interpret them for you. – Communication: you present clearly to senior stakeholders and write structured follow-ups without being asked. – Languages – Dutch: native speaker or bilingual – French: native speaker or bilingual — knowledge of both languages is non-negotiable. English: professional proficiency (internal reporting language). A team that wants to win — small, direct, and focused on outcomes over process. We review applications on a rolling basis.
