About the role

As Product Owner Inbound–Outbound, you are responsible for a key digital product within the Customer Experience domain. You play a central role in the digitalization and optimization of inbound and outbound processes.

You act as the bridge between business and IT, translating strategic objectives, needs, and ideas into clear, actionable, and high-value solutions. You consistently maintain an end-to-end perspective, with a strong focus on the customer, employees, and distribution partners.

Your responsibilities

Product ownership & vision

• Represent the business for the product
• Define and maintain product vision, value, and priorities
• Own and prioritize the Product Backlog Items (epics, features, user stories)

Agile collaboration & delivery

• Support Agile teams during PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and other ceremonies
• Actively participate in stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and demos
• Accept and close user stories once acceptance criteria are met
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required

Stakeholder management

• Work closely with IT stakeholders (Scrum Masters, Agile Teams, architects, domain leads)
• Align with business stakeholders (operations, product teams, portfolio managers, distribution partners)
• Manage expectations and ensure clear, transparent communication

Innovation & optimization

• Monitor market and digital trends
• Identify innovation and improvement opportunities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience

Your profile

Must-haves

• Experience in change management and transformation initiatives
• Background in business domains such as customer service, operations, or product development
• Strong experience in multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Well-organized, decisive, and autonomous
• Hands-on mindset with strong end-to-end thinking

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum (SAFe is a plus)
• Experience in large organizations
• Experience in digital transformation projects
