Immediate Start-Site Manager

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a driven and forward-thinking Site Manager to lead and optimize logistics activities on one of our strategic sites. As Site Manager, you take full ownership of logistics operations for several key customers on site. You bring structure, clarity, and performance to a fast-paced environment by setting the right routines, empowering teams, and continuously improving the way we operate. You act as a true leader on the ground, combining operational insight, people management, and a strong focus on efficiency, data, and innovation. Oversee and steer daily logistics operations with a clear focus on performance, quality, and customer satisfaction Oversee and steer daily logistics operations with a clear focus on performance, quality, and customer satisfaction Lead, coach, and develop both white and blue-collar teams Create a strong team dynamic based on accountability, collaboration, and trust Empower team members by delegating ownership and encouraging initiative Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous development of team competencies Actively contribute to the digitalization of operations and the use of data-driven tools You are comfortable working with data, KPIs, and digital tools You have a natural leadership style and know how to engage and motivate teams You communicate fluently in French and English and or Dutch
