Head of Finance - Reporting & Tax

We are currently partnering with a leading international Insuretch to recruit a Finance Senior Manager – Reporting & Indirect Tax . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth, pan-European business in a pivotal finance leadership role. Reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller, you will take ownership of indirect tax compliance and statutory reporting across multiple European entities. This role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders, cross-border operations, and ongoing finance transformation initiatives. Indirect Tax & Compliance Act as the main point of contact for tax authorities and external advisors Oversee transfer pricing processes and broader indirect taxes (e.g. Financial Reporting Manage monthly group reporting under US GAAP Deliver high-quality management reporting and analysis Mentor junior team members and manage offshore resources Drive process improvements and system enhancements (SAP/S4HANA environment) Partner with stakeholders across finance and the wider business Strong European VAT experience, including interaction with tax authorities ~ Knowledge of transfer pricing and other indirect taxes is advantageous ~ Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) ~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Opportunity to join a fast-growing, international business Exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives If you’re looking to step into a visible and impactful role within an expanding international finance team, we’d love to hear from you.
