As part of a major transformation program within a leading insurance company, we are looking for a Business Analyst to support life insurance migration and business change initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities related to life insurance policy migration projects
- Analyze differences between source and target systems (products & processes)
- Gather, define, and document business requirements
- Assess impacts of migration on business processes
- Act as a bridge between Business & IT teams
- Prepare and execute functional and calculation tests
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Operations, Business, Distribution)
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
Your Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in the life insurance sector (mandatory)
- Solid knowledge of individual life insurance products & processes
- Experience in migration projects (strong asset)
- Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (Business & IT)
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
- Dutch is a plus
- Degree in Mathematics or equivalent experience preferred
