Intern - Group Reservations

B&B HOTELS is continuing its strong expansion across Europe and is strengthening its Group Reservations team in Belgium and Luxembourg.

We are currently looking for an Intern – Group Reservations to join our team based in Brussels.

Your Mission

You will contribute to the efficiency and performance of group reservations across a portfolio of 13 hotels (Belgium & Luxembourg), working at the heart of our commercial activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming requests and identify sales opportunities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to final confirmation

• Support negotiations and contract finalization

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners

• Promote B&B HOTELS and actively contribute to sales development

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Monitor reservation files, deadlines, and invoicing

• Manage cancellations, modifications, and complaints

• Input and track reservations in the PMS (OPERA)

• Ensure smooth communication with internal teams and hotels

Your Profile

• Dynamic, organized, and self-motivated

• Strong interest in hospitality and customer relations

• Commercial mindset with good negotiation skills

• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Good command of Microsoft Office

• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (written and spoken)
