Engineering and Projects Manager

Our client is an internationally active industrial company focused on innovative technological solutions within a production and process-driven environment. It specializes in sorting, dismantling, and preparing used batteries for reuse and recycling. As an Engineering Project Manager , you are responsible for the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of complex technical projects. You collaborate closely with internal departments such as Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Safety, and IT, as well as with external partners. In this role, you will also contribute to the implementation and scaling of innovative technologies within operational processes. You will manage multidisciplinary projects and ensure the successful integration of technical solutions across the organization. Develop process optimization proposals in collaboration with operational teams Manage and follow up with external partners (suppliers, contractors, engineering firms) Report project status, risks, and opportunities to management Support the implementation of innovative technologies in production/process environments Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (e.g. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g. Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, Energy) Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a technical or industrial environment Solid technical knowledge (electricity, mechanics, or automation) Experience with investment projects or technical installations is a plus Team player with a strong sense of responsibility Knowledge of safety procedures in industrial environments Experience with CAD software and project management tools Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
