Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform
- Maintain and enhance existing workflows, rules, connectors, and provisioning processes
- Support and optimise Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes
- Manage user access requests, approvals, certifications, and access reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve access-related and provisioning issues
- Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability
- Support integrations with enterprise applications and directory services
- Collaborate with IAM and security teams to strengthen governance and compliance
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- Proven experience supporting and maintaining live IIQ environments
- Strong understanding of IAM principles (RBAC, access governance, identity lifecycle management)
- Experience with access certifications, request workflows, and provisioning integrations
- Background working in large, complex enterprise environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a freelance capacity
