IAM ENGINEER

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a mature SailPoint environment for a global financial services client, focusing on platform support, optimisation, and continuous improvement rather than greenfield implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform
• Maintain and enhance existing workflows, rules, connectors, and provisioning processes
• Support and optimise Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes
• Manage user access requests, approvals, certifications, and access reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve access-related and provisioning issues
• Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability
• Support integrations with enterprise applications and directory services
• Collaborate with IAM and security teams to strengthen governance and compliance

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
• Proven experience supporting and maintaining live IIQ environments
• Strong understanding of IAM principles (RBAC, access governance, identity lifecycle management)
• Experience with access certifications, request workflows, and provisioning integrations
• Background working in large, complex enterprise environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a freelance capacity
