Automation & AI Analyst

RoboRana is looking for a Process & Automation Analyst to help drive AI-powered transformation.

In this role, you analyse business processes, identify automation opportunities, and contribute to designing the solutions that replace them. You work with technologies like Power Platform, AI, and RPA to turn insights into scalable impact, while guiding teams in adopting tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

What you'll do

• end-to-end business processes through the lens of AI and automation
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities
• Translate business needs into clear workflows and actionable models
• Contribute to discovery workshops and automation roadmaps
• Map process improvements to the right technologies (Power Platform, AI, RPA, integrations, ...)
• Collaborate with developers and AI specialists to design scalable solutions
• Balance quick wins with long-term architectural thinking
• Actively contribute during implementation. You don't just document, you help build what's next
• Guide teams in adopting AI and automation tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot)
• Support users in getting the most out of new solutions
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions
• Help organizations grow their automation maturity

Who you are

• You have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to bring structure to complex challenges
• Experienced in process or business analysis, or have contributed to automation projects
• Affinity with AI and automation, combined with a curiosity to apply it in practice
• You easily connect business stakeholders with technical teams and feel comfortable in both worlds
• Confident in facilitating workshops and clearly communicating your ideas
• You have a pragmatic, hands-on mindset with a focus on impact over theory

Nice to haves

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
• Experience with AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot or Azure OpenAI
• Knowledge of RPA tooling
• Experience with digital transformation or process optimization trajectories
