Business Manager - Finance

Sander is a specialist recruitment agency covering Finance, Technology, HR & Legal. Brussels, Antwerp, Paris — 45+ people, 600+ placements, 200% growth in 3 years. We're looking for Business Managers who want to own a market, not just work in one.

You develop and manage your own client portfolio in the Finance sector while running the full recruitment cycle. You are simultaneously a business developer, a trusted advisor and a talent hunter. This is a 360° role with real commercial weight.
Prospect and develop a client portfolio in Finance (accounting, audit, tax, controlling, banking, fiduciaire)
Cold call, pitch and convert : you open doors and you close deals
Run mandates end-to-end: client briefing, headhunting, interviews, presentation, offer management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
Advise clients on market trends, hiring strategy and salary benchmarks
Manage your pipeline with rigor and follow through until the contract is signed

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a B2B commercial role : recruitment, sales, business development or consulting
You're comfortable picking up the phone and convincing someone who wasn't expecting your call
Results-driven, resilient and motivated by targets and commissions
Strong interpersonal skills, you build trust fast and maintain it long-term
Bilingual French & English (mandatory)
Bachelor's degree minimum
Knowledge of the Finance sector is a plus, not a prerequisite, we'll get you there
