Customer Service & Sales Support Officer


For one of our clients, a dynamic and fast-growing industrial company based in Walloon Brabant, we are currently looking for a Customer Service & Sales support officer to strengthen their team. Your role As a key member of the customer service team, you are responsible for the administrative follow-up of the sales process from order entry to delivery. You act as a central point of coordination between customers, sales teams, and logistics partners, ensuring a smooth and accurate execution of orders. You play a crucial role in guaranteeing customer satisfaction through rigorous follow-up and efficient communication. Your responsibilities - Ensure the administrative management of sales orders, including order entry, validation, and follow-up in the system. - Coordinate closely with sales representatives to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer requests. - Monitor order progress and act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. logistics partners such as DHL). - Follow up on deliveries and shipments, ensuring deadlines are met and proactively addressing any issues. - Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and potential delays. - Manage and follow up on RMAs and customer claims when needed. - Handle spare parts orders, including pricing, confirmations, and documentation. - Support invoicing-related processes and ensure accurate administrative follow-up of orders (pricing, terms, data consistency). Your profile - You have between 3 and 10 years of experience in a customer service, sales administration, or order management role. - You speak and write professional French and English - You have a strong affinity for administrative follow-up and order processing, with a good level of accuracy and attention to detail. - You are comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and order-related data (a first exposure to accounting or invoicing is a plus). - You are organized, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities. - You have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with both internal teams and external partners. - You are proactive and solution-oriented, especially when dealing with delivery or order issues. - You are comfortable using ERP systems and MS Office tools.
