As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage your own market with the support of your manager and team.
You will be involved in the full recruitment cycle:
Talent Acquisition Identify and approach qualified candidates
Conduct interviews and assess motivations
Build long-term talent networks
Business Development Develop your own portfolio of clients
Prospect new companies and create partnerships
Organize client meetings
Negotiate terms and conditions
Matchmaking Introduce the right candidates to the right companies
Guide both parties through the recruitment process
Negotiate offers and close deals
First experience in recruitment, sales or commercial environment
Strong communication skills
Resilient, ambitious and performance-driven
Entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable with targets and challenges
Fluent in French or Dutch , with good English
Eager to learn and evolve quickly

Typical career path:
After 6–9 months: Advanced Consultant
After 12–18 months: Senior Consultant
Around 2 years: Managing Consultant / Team Lead
