The Role
As our SAP Business Developer, you are the engine behind our market expansion. This is a high-impact role that combines "hunter" instincts with strategic relationship management. You won’t just be closing deals; you will be shaping how we go to market and leveraging our alliances with SAP to drive enterprise-level growth.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic market expansion (hunting): Take full ownership of the sales funnel by identifying and converting high-value prospects. You’ll lead cold outreach strategies and mailing campaigns to build a robust pipeline.
- Alliance & ecosystem management: Act as the primary point of contact for our strategic partner SAP. You will align our sales efforts with theirs to unlock co-selling opportunities.
- High-Level account management: Manage and grow our Key Accounts, focusing on long-term value through sophisticated up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
- Operational excellence: lead/participate in sales stand-ups, maintain CRM (Salesforce) data integrity, and represent the brand as a speaker/host during events.
- Engagement: Attend both internal/external networking events
- Collaboration: work closely with Cubis Leadership on translating the strategic goals into sales and account management initiatives
Your profile
- Experience: You have a proven track record in Sales or Business Development (ideally 2+ years). Sales experience in SAP is a plus.
- The "Hunter" mindset: You thrive on the challenge of cold prospecting and have a "get it done" attitude toward lead generation.
- Strategic connector: You understand how to navigate complex partner ecosystems (like the SAP network).
- Technical savvy: Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and a deep understanding of service delivery models.
- Curiosity-driven: You have a natural curiosity and are motivated to learn SAP products and solutions.
- Languages: You speak fluently Dutch and English. French is a plus.

Location
