Your Role

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you drive new business for our safety & positioning solution yooBeeEYE. You open doors, build pipeline, and win deals in warehousing, intralogistics, manufacturing and distribution.

What You'll Do

• Hunt and convert high-value logistics and industrial accounts.
• Build a strong pipeline through targeted outbound, networking and events.
• Own the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to final deal closure.
• Translate customer pain points (safety, productivity, visibility) into clear value and ROI.
• Collaborate with product & operations to deliver the best solution fit.
• Bring market insights that sharpen our go-to-market strategy.

Who You Are

• Proven hunter with B2B tech or solution-selling experience on B2B level.
• Background or strong affinity with logistics, warehousing, intralogistics or supply chain.
• Confident with operational teams and senior decision-makers.
• Comfortable selling technology-driven solutions (SaaS, automation, safety systems).
• Energetic, entrepreneurial, hands?on, you thrive in a scale-up.
• Fluent in English, and at least 2 other European languages.
