Role Overview

A leading financial client in Brussels is seeking a Senior Digital Customer Acquisition Lead to drive digital sales growth and optimise the full acquisition funnel. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, supporting major digital initiatives and ensuring strong commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital customer acquisition across web, app, and paid channels.
• Optimise the full funnel to improve conversion and digital sales performance.
• Oversee campaign implementation and manage paid media performance.
• Steer digital content direction for landing pages, funnels, and campaign assets.
• Drive cross‑initiative alignment and support new product launches.
• Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage digital budgets, forecasting, and ROI optimisation.

Profile Requirements

• 7+ years in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Sales.
• Strong expertise in funnel optimisation, paid media, and digital content direction.
• Confident, mature, and assertive communicator able to challenge and influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating both strategically and operationally.
• Fluent in Dutch or French (mandatory) with strong English.
