What you will do

• Act as the primary contact between business units and IT for production services (Run & Change)
• Ensure smooth operations of applications and infrastructure in line with agreed service levels
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maintain service quality
• Manage and prioritize the IT project and change portfolio
• Monitor service performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Handle escalations, incidents, and business-critical issues effectively
• Advise business teams on IT solutions, standards, and technology roadmaps
• Promote best practices in IT resilience (DRP, BCP, High Availability)

What you bring

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT service delivery, IT operations, or business relationship management
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity principles
• Proven experience with ITIL processes and service management frameworks
• Experience managing IT budgets and project portfolios
• Knowledge of resilience frameworks (DRP, BCP, HA)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex topics
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
