We are currently looking for a Senior Financial / Business Controller for one of our clients in the mobility sector.

Mission Context

Within the Group Controlling function, you will play a key role in strengthening financial steering, reporting harmonization, and process optimization across multiple entities.

You will contribute to the further structuring and professionalization of the Controlling department at Group level, supporting strategic decision-making and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

Data Management & Validation

Collect and consolidate financial data from multiple systems and sources.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across entities.

Perform reconciliations and validate financial information prior to reporting.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

Develop and enhance financial reports in close collaboration with business stakeholders.

Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decisions.

Process Optimization & Harmonization

Improve and harmonize controlling processes across different entities.

Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.

Contribute to cross-functional projects impacting financial performance and reporting structures.

Project & Change Management

Participate in transformation initiatives within the Controlling department.

Anticipate and coordinate changes impacting financial processes and systems.

Your Profile

Experience & Knowledge

Minimum 10 years of experience in finance (audit, consulting, or corporate finance), including at least 3 years in Controlling.

Experience in the automotive sector is a plus.

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience in financial process optimization and reporting harmonization.

Advanced knowledge of:

Power BI

Jedox

SAP S/4HANA

Office 365

Venice Azure is a plus

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar.

Languages

Fluent in French and Dutch (French is mandatory).

Good command of English.

Soft Skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication abilities with multiple stakeholders.

Proactive, results-oriented, and able to operate autonomously.
