Liu Jo is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Knokke on a part-time basis 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience while representing the brand values. Key Responsibilities - Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Deliver an outstanding customer experience through excellent sales service - Ensure the department maintains a high visual standard and apply visual merchandising guidelines - Recommend and suggest products based on customers’ needs - Provide accurate information on product features and benefits, continuously developing product knowledge - Represent and promote the brand image and standards at all times - Actively support the reception of new deliveries and keep store stock well organized to optimize sales - Comply with all company policies and procedures Required Skills - Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices - Strong service-oriented and sales-driven mindset - Ability to achieve sales targets - Solid communication and interpersonal skills - Positive attitude towards customers and work Languages - Dutch: mandatory - English: mandatory Preferred Skills - Previous experience in retail is a plus
