Business Unit Manager – Brussels Our largest customers are found in the Energy, Telecom, Automotive, Defence & Aerospace industries, among other industries, and we cover the whole product development cycle. As a Coach Business Manager, you will be responsible for the development and the growth of your own business unit, finding out new business opportunities and challenges. You will be a hands-on manager, leading and developing your local team of business managers to support the following areas: further business growth, development of new local offerings, key account management, further transformation towards consultative selling, and involvement in the global sales strategy of the division. Organizing the Business Development strategy. • Developing and executing a business plan. • Hunting for new business from current and potential customers. • Managing your customer portfolio to ensure recurring business. • Coaching and empowering your team of Business Managers. • The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of the engineering field and solutions, in areas such as financial services, aerospace, defense, transport or any other engineering field. It is required to have the entrepreneurial ambition and the right hard skills to continue growing the business unit, adding valuable projects that will create a strong footprint in the Belgian market. A strategical-analytical mindset and very high soft skills to maintain high level internal and external relationships give you the confidence to work in a fast paced and international environment. 4+years’ relevant experience of key account management, sales, business strategies in consultancy. • You are fluent in and English. • You are a true people leader with a strong business-oriented mindset. • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and to influence senior leaders and build influential networks across the organization.
