Office & Executive Assistant


A dynamic and growing company in the Real Estate Sector is looking for an

Office & Executive Assistant

to support its daily operations, management team and various departments. This is a

key, all-round role

combining office management, executive support, legal, HR and property-related administration.

Your Responsibilities as Office and Executive Assistant You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting different teams: Administrative support and front office: calls, visitors, mailbox and agenda management Organization of meetings, corporate documentation and general administration Management of internal databases (company cars, badges) and coordination with leasing partners Handling official registrations (MyRent Pro, IRISbox, UBO register, BCE extracts) Supporting the Legal Manager (lease registrations, KYC documentation, powers of attorney) Supporting the Property Management team (helpdesk, administrative tasks, data entry and classification) HR support: payroll preparation, onboarding/offboarding, leave management and coordination with the social secretariat

Your Profile as Office and Executive Assistant Trilingual

Dutch / French / English

(written & spoken) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Professional attitude and presentation Good knowledge of

Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality Proactive, reliable and solution-oriented
