Freelance Junior & Medior Legal Counsels (2- 10 years of experience) – Business law

We are regularly looking for Freelance Junior & Medior Legal Counsels to support our clients on temporary, project-based assignments across Belgium.

About the role

As a Freelance Junior & Medior Legal Counsel, you will provide hands-on support to legal teams in a variety of areas, such as:

• Assisting with general legal advice across different domains (e.g. commercial, corporate housekeeping,…)
• Drafting, reviewing and updating contracts and legal documents
• Due diligence work
• Conducting legal research and preparing memos or summaries
• Providing day-to-day support to in-house legal teams or law firm departments

Assignments vary in duration and scope, offering exposure to different organisations, sectors and legal topics, an excellent way to build a strong and versatile legal profile.

Your profile

• You hold a Master’s degree in Law
• You have initial professional experience (ideally at least 2/3 years) through a law firm, in-house role or internships
• You have a broad legal interest and are eager to learn
• You work independently, accurately and proactively
• You adapt quickly to new environments and teams
• You are available for freelance or interim assignments
