Warehouse Manager

Our client is an international player operating in a high-intensity logistics environment with fast inventory turnover.

As part of its organizational strengthening, the company is looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead a strategic site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations within a multi-shift environment handling high volumes.
• Manage large operational teams, including permanent staff and temporary workforce.
• Plan and optimize staffing (absences, training, certifications).
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and manage urgent operational requests.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (productivity, quality, profitability).
• Review and optimize processes while supporting the onboarding of new clients.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in managing warehouse operations in a high-volume environment.
• Strong hands-on leadership with the ability to structure and stabilize operations.
• Performance-driven mindset with a strong focus on service quality.
• Ability to manage complex flows and operational pressure.
• Fluent in French and English; professional working level in Dutch.
