Are you our next Junior Sales Executive?
24Flow is a dynamic, fast-paced software startup building its solutions on the Salesforce platform. We sell our products via the Salesforce AppExchange - Salesforce’s B2B app store - and we’re growing fast.
We’re looking for a Junior Sales Executive who takes full ownership of our AppExchange sales channel: from generating leads and running demos, to closing deals and activating the Salesforce partner network around our products.
This job is for you if you want to take full ownership of sales and work at the intersection of growth marketeer, partner manager, BDR, SDR and sales manager and grow our customer base from 100 to 1000.
Our AppExchange products are:- 24Files - connecting Salesforce to SharePoint.
- 24Checklist - an advanced checklist application.
- 24Planning - a flexible resource scheduling and Gantt Chart solution.
We offer these products in a self-service model, where customers can independently trial and evaluate the products, before making a purchase decision.
Your RoleYou own the full sales cycle for our AppExchange offering - combining the BDR, SDR and closing role in one. Beyond direct sales, a big part of your job is building and activating a network of Salesforce system integration partners (SIs) who implement and recommend our products on behalf of their clients.
Responsibilities- Keep the AppExchange listings and product websites up-to-date and optimized for lead generation.
- Manage incoming leads: drip email sequences as well as personalized one-to-one follow-up.
- Provide product demos, answer commercial & technical questions and support customers through free trial periods.
- Provide quotes, close deals and onboard new customers.
- Follow up with customers after launch and periodically share product updates.
- Identify, recruit and onboard Salesforce SI partners; help them understand how to position 24Flow products as a billable service for their clients.
- Run outbound campaigns to prospects.
- Run partner enablement sessions (e.g. short “Lunch & Learn” calls) to get partner delivery teams comfortable recommending our products.
- Think out-of-the-box and bring your own ideas to grow the business.
Skills- 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing B2B SaaS or commercial role.
- Commercial drive to close deals, take ownership and push for results.
- Good presentation and communication skills - comfortable running demos and following up persistently.
- Hands-on with IT tools; able to build and demo product scenarios independently.
- Very responsive and disciplined in follow-up.
- Be prepared to work with leads and customers around the world, in any sector.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (speaking and writing).
- Disciplined logging of actions in the CRM system.
- Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem or SI partner networks is a strong plus.
- Willing to go beyond pure sales and take ownership of broader activities for these products.
