My client, a leading European CRM provider, is looking for a Data Engineer to join their growing international team. You’ll play a key role in scaling a modern AWS-based data platform and supporting both analytics and AI initiatives.

The Role

You will help evolve a data warehouse built on a medallion architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold), enabling high-quality data for business intelligence and AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve and standardise Bronze and Silver layers, reducing technical debt
• Build domain-driven Gold datasets for analytics and AI consumption
• Develop and optimise data pipelines using Databricks or Glue with PySpark
• Support AI-ready data use cases (LLMs, embeddings, vectorisation)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data products

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Data Engineering
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Experience working within AWS data environments
• Understanding of data quality and governance practices
• Interest or experience in AI/ML data pipelines is advantageous
• Fluent in English
