HR Manager (m/f/d) – Antwerp

Our client is an established, growing company in the maritime trade and logistics sector and in technical services for international freight transport.

For their Antwerp location, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager (m/f/d) to be responsible for all HR activities, both strategically and operationally.

🔹 Your responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for all HR matters throughout the employee lifecycle
• Acting as a sparring partner for senior management on employment law and strategic issues
• Collaboration with senior management & employee representatives
• Management of payroll, compensation & HR processes
• Further development of HR structures, culture & employer branding
• Responsibility for recruitment & staff development (particularly in industrial/technical roles)

🔹 Your profile:

• Several years’ HR experience, ideally in logistics, industry or engineering
• In-depth knowledge of Belgian employment law
• Experience with industrial staff & trade unions
• Strong communicator, hands-on & strategic at the same time
