Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

-Drive sales and business development for solar PV and BESS solutions, with a primary focus on Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg)

-Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle: pipeline building, customer engagement, proposal development, negotiation and deal closing

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including EPCs, project developers, IPPs, utilities and C&I customers

-Identify customer needs and market opportunities, and position tailored PV + energy storage solutions

-Build and expand a strong sales pipeline and actively grow market share in the target regions

-Lead or support tenders and bidding processes, including commercial offers and coordination with technical teams

-Work closely with internal engineering and product teams to ensure competitive and bankable solutions

-Track market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities

-Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations and industry events


Qualifications & Requirements

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business or related field

-3–8+ years of experience in solar PV, BESS or energy-related sales

-Proven track record in business development and closing deals in Benelux

Solid understanding of:

-PV systems and inverter technologies

-BESS fundamentals and key use cases

-Grid-related topics

-Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

-Ability to manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders

-Strong communication and presentation skills

-Willingness to travel within Benelux

-Fluent Dutch/French and English (mandatory)


Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

-Existing network within the Benelux renewable energy ecosystem

-Experience working with EPCs, developers or utilities in Benelux

-Familiarity with Benelux energy market mechanisms (e.g. FCR, aFRR, flexibility markets)

-Experience in C&I or utility-scale energy projects
