Giacomo Moda is a highly dynamic and growing company in the women's fashion sector with its own production in Europe. We are the wholesaler for three brands: Amélie & Amélie, Just Woman by Matteo, and Amagia (plus size).
Our showroom and offices are located at Trade Mart in Brussels (Laken). Our team consists of approximately 20 employees of various nationalities.
A selection of your tasks:
- You check and post all purchase invoices (goods and services).
- You process daily bank statements.
- You are the point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding outstanding invoices, both via email and telephone.
- You send payment reminders and formal notices, and follow up on outstanding receivables weekly in consultation with sales and external partners.
- You prepare and follow up on debt collection files and discuss them further with the legal counsel.
- You perform various administrative tasks.
- You draft correspondence/emails in Dutch, French, and English (Italian is a plus).
Your profile:
- You have an educational background in (Assistant) Accounting or Accountancy (or equivalent).
- You are highly trilingual (Dutch, French, and English) both verbally and in writing.
- You are proficient in Excel and other common computer programs.
- You work very precisely and accurately.
- You have a calm and diplomatic personality and are stress-resistant.
- Knowledge of the Odoo ERP package is an advantage.
