The Opportunity
Join a market-leading global logistics provider with strong momentum across Belgium who would like to hire a driven sales person. Years of experience is not too important, instead they prefer an ambitious high impact hunter with a clear mandate: win new business and progress into a leadership position , taking ownership of future commercial growth and team development.
Your Role
- Build and win new business across Belgium, creating the foundation for future team growth
- Sell tailored multimodal solutions (air, ocean, road, warehousing) to strategic clients
- Own the full sales cycle while influencing commercial direction
- Work closely with leadership, positioning yourself to step into a team management role
Your Profile
- Proven track record in freight forwarding business development
- Strong hunter mentality with ambition to move into leadership
- Multimodal experience (air, ocean, road, warehousing)
- Commercially driven, autonomous, and ready to take ownership
