Performing technology audits and advisory projects within multi‑disciplinary teams. Collecting data, analyzing systems and gaining a clear understanding of client operations. Helping plan and execute risk‑based audits, reporting results and following up on recommendations. Leading smaller audits from start to finish, ensuring high quality and timely delivery. Keeping engagement leaders informed and identifying opportunities for additional services. Building strong client relationships and collaborating closely with your team. Staying up to date with market trends and sharing knowledge to support junior colleagues. Quickly integrating into the team and offering support across projects as needed. A Master’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in IT audit. Familiarity with controls assurance in complex IT environments; experience with cloud, automation or emerging technologies is a plus. Understanding of key business processes and the ability to assess IT risks and controls within a broader business context. Clear communication skills with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to guide small teams effectively. Strong relationship‑building skills, consistent delivery of high‑quality work on time and within budget, and a proactive mindset. Curiosity, eagerness to keep learning, and fluency in English and Dutch or French, with strong reporting and presentation skills.
