Wij zijn op zoek naar een Functional Analyst / Business Analyst om ons team te versterken en bij te dragen aan de analyse, definitie en implementatie van oplossingen die aansluiten bij de businessbehoeften. Je speelt een sleutelrol als schakel tussen de business en de technische teams en vertaalt functionele behoeften naar concrete en efficiënte oplossingen Meewerken aan de ontwerp van oplossingen samen met IT / development teams Ervaring als Functional Analyst, Business Analyst of in een gelijkaardige rol In staat om te werken met zowel technische als niet-technische teams Kennis van tools zoals Jira, Confluence, Excel of modelleringstools is een plus Goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels Functionele analyse Requirements management We are looking for a Functional Analyst / Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the analysis, definition, and implementation of solutions that meet business needs. You will play a key role as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating functional requirements into efficient and practical solutions Translate business needs into clear functional specifications Collaborate with IT / development teams to design solutions Prepare and follow up on functional testing (UAT, acceptance testing, etc.) Test and validate APIs (e.g., using Postman) Experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role Strong analytical skills and good understanding of business processes Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams Good understanding of APIs and the ability to test them (e.g., using Postman) Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, or modeling tools is a plus Good command of Dutch, French, and English Functional analysis Requirements management Functional testing
