Marketing & Communication project manager


A Marketing & Communication Project Manager ensures the translation of integrated MarCom plans into tangible results and flawless execution of associated activities. As a project manager, you will ensure that WPP Media's story is properly integrated into activities and contact moments that connect with the company's target audience. As a client and publisher focused professional, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various projects (of limited duration & always-on) to ensure effective and measurable results delivered on time and on budget.

You are the central point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders for the various projects. You are obsessed with flawless execution, integration and delivering measurable results. You are a positive and proactive professional who inspires your fellow team members with your creativity and expertise, ensuring quality, consistency and efficiency in all outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Product Communication; You develop product communications that meet the needs of the organization and in line is with with WPP Media's overall objective and proposition. In alignment with the Chief Business Officer you will develop a plan for the best way to disseminate this within and outside the organization.
  • Corporate Communication You develop corporate communications that meet the needs of the organization and in line is with with WPP Media's overall objective and proposition. In alignment with the Chief Business Officer you will develop a plan for the best way to disseminate outside the organization and support colleagues in performing when they need to speak at an external event
  • Event organisation You will develop various events for both clients and publishers target audience. Together with the Chief Business Officer, you will ensure that these events meet the needs of the organization and are in line with WPP Media's overall objective and proposition. You will ensure events are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Award Submissions; You support WPP Media's award submissions. You will assist in the development of various required materials for the award submission and ensure that the appropriate reflection of colleagues and clients can attend the award ceremony.
  • Budget & Team management; You provide constructive stakeholder management to the internal & external project members and you are responsible that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. You are responsible for the brand-related seperate project budgets.

  • Foster Innovation; You demonstrate strong critical thinking when considering new ways of working and looks to external sources to determine 'what good looks like'. You openly embraces change and new ideas and partakes in initiatives to disrupt ways of working and thinking to foster innovation.

KPI

You are responsible for delivering on brand-specific KPIs that contribute to the overall communication & events targets (reach, brand perception, social growth, event participation, event evaluation) of WPP Media. You take full ownership of your activity results and report on progress.

As a MarCom professional with media experience, you combine an understanding of the full-funnel landscape with a client need mindset.You contribute directly to the growth of our clients and the realization of our Vision 2030 by executing flawless, and innovative communication activities. You are positive, open-minded, and committed to delivering extraordinary work to the different targets groups of WPP Media.
