Context

The organization operates in the mobility sector and is responsible for transportation services, maintenance, ticketing, and infrastructure. It plays a key role in sustainable mobility and aims to become a leading choice in the field.

The technical department is responsible for procurement and maintenance of assets, ensuring safety, availability, reliability, and quality.

Role

As Project Manager Masterdata, you are responsible for end-to-end coordination, planning, and quality assurance of all preparatory master data activities supporting an S/4HANA migration.

Responsibilities

- Manage planning and quality control of master data preparation activities

- Coordinate deliverables including:

* Technical and functional master data

* Bill of Materials (BoM)

* Maintenance catalogs

* Equipment and functional location structures

* Related data for new S/4HANA functionalities

- Act as project manager for this workstream

- Track deadlines, dependencies, and progress

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure validation and approval of data

- Escalate risks, delays, and data quality issues

- Ensure readiness for testing and cutover activities

- Fluent in Dutch, English, and French

- Knowledge of maintenance processes (Asset Management / EAM)

- Experience in ERP projects (SAP ECC or S/4HANA preferred)

- Familiarity with process modeling tools (Signavio, ARIS, BPMN)

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly

Location

Brussels 1000- On-site presence required with possible flexibility depending on project needs. Work may be limited to EU locations due to regulations.

Duration

- Up to 220 working days

- Start date: June 2026

- Full-time (5 days/week)
