Freelance Maintenance Supervisor – Industrial Production Belgium Freelance Contract (12 Months) On-site Role About the Role We are supporting an industrial production site looking for an experienced Freelance Maintenance Supervisor to strengthen their maintenance team. Due to increasing workload and ongoing projects, there is a need for strong leadership across both daily maintenance operations and long-term reliability improvements . You will play a key role in ensuring the site runs efficiently while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the site Supervise and support a team of maintenance technicians Manage breakdown interventions and minimise downtime Drive improvements in preventive maintenance and reliability Act as the link between maintenance and production teams Support optimisation of maintenance processes and site performance What We’re Looking For Strong experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Senior Technician in an industrial environment Hands-on background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance Proven ability to lead teams and prioritise workloads effectively Experience improving maintenance strategies and reliability Comfortable working fully on-site in a production environment Why Apply?
