Test Analyst – Life Insurance

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst with a strong background in Life Insurance to support ongoing delivery and change initiatives within a complex, regulated environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of core insurance systems, working closely with business and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

This role requires someone who combines solid testing expertise with a good understanding of life insurance processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business and functional requirements and derive clear, structured test scenarios
• Design, document, and execute test cases covering functional, integration, and regression testing
• Support user acceptance testing and assist business stakeholders during validation phases
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to support resolution
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to clarify requirements and expected outcomes
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to quality activities throughout the sprint lifecycle
• Ensure testing activities align with regulatory and life insurance domain requirements

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience working as a Test Analyst
• Essential : Previous experience within the Life Insurance industry
• Strong understanding of insurance processes such as policy administration, underwriting, claims, or billing
• Hands‑on experience with functional testing methodologies
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Fluent English; Fluent French/ Dutch
