Our client is undergoing a strategic transformation within its Asset Management activities. In this context, they are looking for a Medior Data Project Manager with strong expertise in managing data initiatives in an Asset Management environment. You will play a key role in supporting the transition of data and processes to a target data platform, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business objectives. Support the migration and integration of Security Master and Benchmark reference data into the target platform Collaborate with internal teams to define and validate data requirements, mappings, and governance standards Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency throughout the migration lifecycle Assist with testing phases, including reconciliation and validation of data processes Contribute to the overall data transition strategy and ensure alignment with business needs Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of data-related initiatives 3 to 6 years of experience in data project management within Financial Services or Asset Management ~ Proven experience managing data-related projects, ideally in an Asset Management environment ~ Strong knowledge of referential data (financial instruments and benchmarks) ~ Experience with data migration, data mapping, and data governance ~ Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities ~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets (analysis, conversion, KPIs) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills ASAP
